La data de 1 iulie 2020, Marea Cameră a Curții Europene a Drepturilor Omului a organizat audierea în cauza Vavřička și alții împotriva Cehiei[2]. ECLJ (Centre for Law and Justice), terț-intervenient în cauză, a publicat pe site-ul său informații prețioase referitoare la această audiere[3].
